Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day money-back guarantee return policy for certain products if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Upon receiving your purchase you will have 15 days to request a return if your purchase qualifies for a return. We will offer a full refund minus shipping costs once the item has been returned with a corresponding tracking number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us through our "contact us" page or send an email directly to "email@example.com" explaining your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products are non-returnable unless there are errors in the custom text writing or if the product is damaged upon arrival. Our pet water bottles and reusable pet pee pads are non-returnable once opened. This is to ensure the safety of our pets.
